CivicAlert allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your CivicAlert account and all associated data, please send an email request to:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your CivicAlert account so we can identify and process your request.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request:
Your account will be permanently deleted.
Associated personal data will be removed from our systems.
The process may take up to 7 days to complete.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain limited information may be retained for a short period if required for:
Legal obligations
Security or fraud prevention
System backups
Such data will be automatically deleted after the retention period expires.
